(1) Please be seated at the “next moderator” in the conference room at least 10 minutes before your session starts.

(2) Please start your session after the announcement of the session at the designated time.

(3) Progress of the session is entrusted to moderators, but please be sure to finish your session within the allocated time.

(4) All questions and comments should be held in English.

(5) Time Limit of the Presentation

  Symposium: 12-minute presentation and 3-minute discussion .

For Speakers

(2) All presentations and answers should be held in English.

(3) Please be seated at the “next speaker” in the conference room as soon as prior presentation is started.

(4) Please operate your slides by yourself by using the button on the podium, although PC is operated by the conference staff.

(5) There is a sign at 30 seconds prior and at the end of the allocated presentation time. Please keep to the time limit of the presentation.

(6) All those who make presentations at the meeting are obliged to disclose conflicts of interest.

(7) PC used in the conference is installed with Windows 7 OS with Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. Your PowerPoint version should be 2003-2013.

(8) All PCs to be used for presentations are set to XGA (1,024 x 768).

(9) To avoid garbled character display, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier New, Georgia, Times New Roman are recommended.


PC Preview & Registration

(1) Please register and confirm your presentation data to be used in your presentation at the PC preview center at the 2nd floor at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.

(2) Presentation data can only be accepted on CD-R or USB flash memory.
In order to avoid virus infection, please scan your data with updated anti-virus software beforehand.

(3) If you create your data including movies or with Macintosh, please use your own PC for your presentation. We will take charge of your PC and power cables at the preview center. (A receipt slip will be handed.)

(4) Please ensure that your PC is configured to display resolution of XGA (1,024 x 768), as the edges of slides larger than this size may be cut off.

(6) Please cancel the screen saver and power saver settings in advance.

(7) Please do not set a password in preparation for a reboot.

(8) Please bring backup media (USB flash memory) even when you are bringing your own PC.






For poster presenters

 (1) Please prepare presentation in English

 (2) Each Presenter has 3-minute presentation and 2-minute discussion

 (3) Please check to find the location of your assigned poster board.

 (4) Poster panels are 90cm in width X 210cm in length. Please refer to the figure, and use large-sized characters for easy reading.

 (5) Please remove your poster when your session finished.

 (6) Any posters remaining on the panels after the congress will be discarded by secretariat.
